For most schools, 600 GSM D-Luxe NubaySoft is the right starting point: photo-realistic and durable at a sensible price. Choose Digital NubaySoft for very intricate artwork, Nubay Rapid Print when you need speed or no order minimum, NubaySoft Lite for budget bulk orders, and the 1060 GSM Swanky tier when the blanket is a premium keepsake or senior gift.
Most tiers have a 50-blanket minimum. Nubay Rapid Print has no minimum, with bulk pricing starting around 30 blankets. Fundraiser and presale programs have no minimum to you, because the community orders individually and you only produce what sells.
Plan for roughly 2 to 8 weeks of production depending on the tier, plus 48 hours for the first design mockup and time for your approval. If you have a fixed date like senior night or a season kickoff, start early and plan backward from that date.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) give the sharpest result, but high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or better works too. If all you have is a low-resolution logo, send it anyway; our design team can usually recreate it as clean vector art at no charge, and we match your school colors exactly.
